Here, we'd like to share some details about our shipping methods, packaging, and costs.

We  want to ensure that you have all the information you need to make an informed purchase decision. Our aim is to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. â€‹

Quality Check Before Dispatch

 

We prioritize delivering our products with utmost care. Each item undergoes a thorough quality check for any defects before it is dispatched to our customers. Following this, we ensure waterproof packaging before handing the package over to our logistics partner.

Dispatch

​

Shipping is generally free across India for most of the products, unless stated otherwise in the product description section. Currently, we do not offer international shipping or Cash Delivery (COD)

​

  • Customers can cancel/alter their order within 24 hours of checkout. However, cancellations/alterations are not permitted once the product is packaged or shipped. Please read the product description carefully before making your purchase.

  • Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days upon payment confirmation.

  • A tracking number will be provided after the product is shipped. 

  • Delivery may take up to 7-10 working days. Applicable for far reaching and remote areas, delivery may take up to 15 days.

Check the package when handed.

Accept if:

Name, address, package condition, etc. seems to be correct and in order.

Reject/Return Parcel if:

  1. Opened/tampered package and/or missing products inside the parcel.

  2. Mismatch in Name/Address.

  3. If delivery person asks for money (in case of prepaid parcels), or more than the COD amount (if COD is applicable).

Customers should inspect the package upon delivery for incorrect items, significant damage, or missing products.

Do’s for Rejection

  • Please refuse to accept the parcel and make a note in the receipt of the logistics provider/courier (if applicable).

  • Take a photo/video of the damaged parcel and write a note in the delivery company's receipt/paper about the major package damage and refusal.
    Please email/message us to let us know with your order details and we will do the needful.

Check the product in the package within 3 days (72 hours) from the time of receipt of the parcel.

Make an uncut video of the package opening (compulsory). Inspect the received product at your earliest.

Correct Product received: 

  1. Kindly check the product upon receiving your parcel. If everything meets your expectations, we hope you enjoy using it.

  2. We greatly appreciate if you could take a moment to leave a review on our website.
    Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue delivering the quality and service you deserve.

For Wrong Goods/Damaged Goods delivered: Send us video 

  1. Contact us immediately if you discover a wrong product, incorrect number of product(s) or any damage in the product by emailing us at karukosh.ethnicwear@gmail.com or whatsapp at                +91 7044099651 along with the uncut video of the package opening. Share the video(s) and/or photos of the defect.

  2. Please follow our policies on exchange/return section.
