You are eligible for an exchange if you meet the following terms and conditions.

An exchange is made only in case of genuine quality defects or major issues such as damages in the product, defects such as tear in the fabric/weaving mistake or a wrong product being delivered.

Unpacking video is a must for any complaint - Please do not forget to submit a parcel opening video without cuts or pauses for exchanges. Zoom in on the damages to show them closely in the video.

Products damaged while/after being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement. The brand/price tags (if any) should not be snapped in case of returns/exchange.
Exchange Process

If your purchase qualifies under our exchange policy outlined above, please reach out to us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery with the following details:

Reason for the return, and for defective, incorrect or wrong item(s), please include an image of the product.

We will verify the manufacturing defects and get back to you via email or contact you for the necessary subsequent action.

The product must be received within 4-5 days from the date of complaint resolution, as per the email or phone call, whichever is earlier. Please ensure that the item is unused, unworn, accompanied by the original invoice, and in the same condition as it was received, including its original packaging and tags, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.

The refund will be processed only after the product reaches our warehouse. It may take up to 10-12 days for the refunded amount to reflect in the original payment account.

If we are unable to replace the eligible wrong or defective product, we will issue a refund for the order amount.
Steps to Exchange the Product
​

The customer will be notified via email/whatsapp on how the product will be picked up by our logistics partner. The return label will be provided to the customer on email/whatsapp, which should be printed and attached to the package.

Return shipping charges could be the responsibility of the customer in some cases. The customer will be notified if our logistics partner(s) are unable to process pick-up(s). Please retain receipts of courier return charges anyway. In some cases, the customers may be reimbursed if the receipt is shown to us.

Any damage to the product during return transit will disqualify it from a refund or exchange.

Customer must dispatch the return product within 4-5 days of complaint resolution over email/phone or sending the return label, whichever is later.

Exchange requests are accepted if submitted within 72 hours of receiving the product. Any requests made beyond this timeframe for exchange or return will not be accepted.

The replacement product will only be dispatched once the returned item has been received by us in good/as-it-is condition.​
Returns Policy

Any wrong product delivered to the customer qualifies for return, if they are unworn, unused and contains all the tags/original packaging (if applicable) and is in the same condition as received.

Please let us know through email within 72 hours of receipt of the wrong product and we will get back to you.

The customer is given a mailing address to send the parcel back to us. Courier charges may have to be borne by the customer. Please retain the printed receipt of the logistics provider and send us a screenshot of the same in our communication email.

The product must be dispatched within 4-5 days from the date of advice/sending return mailing label. If it passes all quality screenings, the correct product will be sent to the customer.

In case of unavailability of the product, a refund will be processed to the customer subject to the same rules as mentioned in the ‘Exchange’ section.

LIST OF PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN:

• Any custom made and Made to order products.
• Items that are purchased in any sale/promotion.

​The Management reserves the sole right to make the FINAL DECISION regarding any returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.

INCOMPLETE AND/OR INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PRINTED DURING EXCHANGE/RETURN:
Refunds cannot be provided if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is given, if there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our shipping partner, or if the package is refused by the recipient, even though not tampered.

The refunds may take up to 10-12 days to reflect in your original source of payment after initiation.​
